Tile bonding mortar plant

As a first process, the adhesive raw materials taken with screw and bucket elevators are transferred to the mixer located at the top of the packaging system.

The raw materials in the mixer machine are fully mixed and penetrate into each other. The adhesive mixed in the mixer passes into the stock bunker of the packaging machine.

The tile adhesive in the stock bunker is 25 Kg by means of 2 independent packaging turbines.they are packed in plastic bags.

The packaging used to fill the bags is opened and closed by pneumatic system.

Adhesive bags are weighed on scales working with a counterweight system and then transported to the loading or stock area using rubber belt conveyors.
